Carolina has always been passionate about fitness. To cut out the gym time and combine resistance training and yoga, she and her business partner Amanda created FlowLIFT.

In the summer of 2018 she took her first FlowLIFT class and loved it. As a FlowLIFT instructor, she loves to teach a challenging class that is approachable for everyone. FlowLIFT helps you become aware of your body and gives you an intense and fun workout with a creative spin.
Amanda McCarroll
Amanda’s teaching style reflects what she has learned and experienced from both her yoga and bodywork influences. Looking for a new creative outlet as well as feeling the need for a more perfect workout, she created the FlowLIFT class with her longtime business partner Carolina Vivas.

Always an athlete and avid yogi, Magdalena loves FlowLIFT because it combines the best of both worlds. FlowLIFT was a natural fit for Mags, drawing on her teaching experience, love of high energy workouts and knowledge of the human body.

Bri is a natural teacher. She is always looking to step out of the familiar and loves helping others do the same. She believes that life is about strength and balance. Pushing the limits but knowing when to bring it back in, embracing the moments that come your way.
Julia Peck
Julia’s FlowLIFT classes are slower-paced with easier transitions, but still pack that same punch! Her class is especially great for women who want to build and maintain bone density while developing strength all over, especially the core.
Pauline Villanueva
Pauline began practicing vinyasa and ashtanga yoga regularly and received her vinyasa yoga teacher certification in 2016. The following year, Pauline began attending FlowLIFT classes and, to her surprise, learned she actually could enjoy getting her butt kicked by a good workout, thanks to the creative sequences and fun playlists.

For Elizabeth, FlowLIFT is a daily dose of preventative medicine. As a physician, Heart-Healthy Cookbook author, and FlowLIFT instructor, she is committed to practicing what she preaches and being an example of physical, mental, and spiritual health.

After having my second son and battling post-partum depression, I knew I needed to do something to relieve stress and have some pure fun. A friend introduced me to FlowLIFT and it changed my life. Eleven months later I became a certified FlowLIFT instructor.

Kat Cowling
Kat is Brazilian and she’s passionate about health and fitness. She’s always loved high energy classes and has a degree in nutrition. She loves Pilates for the core work and enjoyed watching her body get stronger. Booty Barre was also great, but nothing compares to FlowLIFT because it rolled up all her favorite things into one.
Raquel Esses Cohen
Raquel teaches CardioMart, yoga and she recently fell in love with FlowLIFT after seeing the changes in both her body and mind. She noticed more tone with long, lean muscle and a sharper mind. As a certified instructor she hopes to share the power of exercise with her students.

Heather has been teaching yoga since 2017 and became certified in FlowLIFT in January 2020.
As a former aerobics instructor, she fell in love with the multi-planar movements that make FlowLIFT what it is.
