About Vera Ross
As a personal trainer and health coach, Vera’s mission is to help others create happier, healthier lives through fitness and nutrition. A former collegiate runner, Vera is on a mission to share her passion for health and fitness with those who are looking to make lasting and meaningful lifestyle changes. With her holistic approach to coaching, Vera leads her clients through personalized workout sessions and provides guidance on daily routines, meals, clean eating, and all the elements of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Her goal is to ensure that each client walks away with a solid foundation and results that they know how to maintain on their own. Vera loves teaching FlowLIFT’s dynamic format to clients looking for an efficient full-body workout!
Vera trains clients out of a private fitness studio in Little Italy and offers in-home training upon request.
