Get Ready to Do These Magical Full Body Moves with Eryn!
The best thing about FlowLIFT is that every single move is a full body move. Work your arms, booty, legs and core simultaneously every time. Forget about working out different body parts separately. These 3 moves will leave you sore in all the right places, even if you only have ten minutes to spare. Grab your 2.5 lb. ankle weights, 3 lb. hand weights, a towel, some water, a yoga mat and knee pad. Do each move on the right side for 15 reps and then switch and do them all consecutively on the left side for 15 reps. Watch the instructional video with our teacher of the month, Eryn.

Why Full Body Moves Are Important
Full body, compound moves create functional fitness. You’ll get strong, lean, and agile, creating full range of motion in the joints. Full body moves also maximize your time and effort. Star with the shorter classes and gradually increase the time until you can get through a full 45-min FlowLIFT workout.
