New XpressLIFT Online Sculpt Classes

We know that working out at home is hard, but that’s no excuse for skipping out on your online yoga sculpt classes. To make things even easier for you we created XpressLIFT, a 25-minute workout that’s just as effective as our regular 45-minute classes.
Why Is It So Difficult to Get Through a Whole Class at Home?
The psychology of working out is pretty simple: Self-motivation is a quality very few of us possess. This why challenges work and why group classes are so popular. Strength in numbers is key. When you see other bodies all around you working hard and sweating together, it tells your brain to try harder, to keep up, and keep going. When you’re at home in your living room alone, getting on instagram or vacuuming the carpet becomes more interesting, therefore you barely put in any effort and quit early. You’re not stronger in the studio, you’re simply less motivated at home. Accountability is a muscle you need to train.
Anyone Can Do a 25-Minute Class
If you don’t have time for a 25-minute class a few times a week it’s time to start evaluating your priorities. If you’re a mom, oftentimes you’ll put your kids, responsibilities and significant other first. The problem with this is that we end up with far too many moms who are overworked, overweight, weak and and unhealthy. Just as we’re instructed on flights to put on our own mask first in the event of an emergency before helping others, during every day life we too have to take care of ourselves first before we can even begin to take care of others. Maybe this means you’ll be workout out at 5:30am or during the baby’s nap. Perhaps you’ll be scheduling your workouts on weekend mornings before everyone else is up. Make your health your priority and we promise you’ll be a better person for it.
