Bárbara is a model and plant-based chef in Monterrey, Mexico.  She has over five years of experience in the fitness world and extensive knowledge in how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She’s a LIIT instructor and when she discovered FlowLIFT she fell in love.  She finds it to be the perfect combination of balance, strength, motivating music, and mindfulness. Bárbara knows FlowLIFT is a complete therapy for both body and mind.  She loves figuring out how to do the moves and looks forward to share its many benefits of this class with her students.
