5 Ways Our Yoga Workout Online Will Help You Lose Weight
Yoga workouts online is a very effective way to melt off those extra pounds. There are many reasons to exercise and losing weight is high on people’s list. If you do FlowLIFT 2-3 times per week in addition to eating a clean and healthy diet, you will see those extra pounds melt away. Losing weight doesn’t need to be a burden. Even though FlowLIFT is really challenging it’s also the most fun workout we’ve ever done. We want exercise to be something that you look forward to rather than an activity that you dread. There are several reasons FlowLIFT is such an effective way to lose weight so read on to learn all about why.
1. Our Yoga Workout Online Mixes Cardio with Weight Training
One of the most effective ways to lose weight is to combine cardiovascular exercise with weights. For the most part, continuous movement at a demanding intensity outperforms most other exercises, including weight lifting. Still, you need to do both, so why not do them at the same time. Low weights and high reps make this a high intensity but low impact perfect workout.
2. Can’t Stop Won’t Stop for 45 minutes
One of the hardest parts of working out is to push yourself for a long enough time to make a difference. We LOVE our XpressLIFT classes because people are short on time. 25 minutes is certainly better than nothing but our full length 45 minute classes are a fat burning time machine. In FlowLIFT there are no breaks or time to rest until the very end. Keeping the heart rate elevated and the body in continuous motion for that whole time is a very effective way to lose weight. Always remember if you need to rest, please do! You can also slow down to modify. If you keep with it, you’ll be flying through the whole class like Wonder Woman.
3. Full Body Day, Everyday
FlowLIFT is a full body workout every single time. We don’t focus on one area at a time. We integrate every dingle muscle group into the class every single time. Full-body exercises are ideal since they work several muscle groups at once, saving you time and energy. Compound (full body) low-impact movements are the best exercises for weight loss as these movements involve multiple major muscle groups, resulting in max calorie burn and save your joints. This is a superior approach to weight loss and you’ll be able to burn fat and build muscle, which helps you to burn more calories even at rest.
4. Burn It While You Build It
FlowLIFT burns fat while building muscle. We’re not big fans of the super skinny look (unless of course it’s your natural body type). We don’t want women killing themselves to attain a specific standard of beauty. Burning fat is for your health, not for bikini season. 5. Yoga Workout Online With Consistent Intensity with Variations
FlowLIFT is a non-stop workout however the intensity varies throughout the class. After the little warm-up in the beginning we hit the ground running. Flow through five different types of moves that integrate the whole system and work the whole body. Some moves there are reps of 10 and some 15.
When you think you can’t do one more rep, suddenly it’s over and you’re on to the next. Throughout this never ending FlowLIFT-athon different moves will be more challenging than others. Some will have more of a cardio element while others will require more focus and balance. This varying intensity is the key to setting fire to your metabolism and to keep it cooking all day long.
