Six-Week FlowLIFT and Yoga Challenge

Summer’s right around the corner so let’s get down to business. Starting on April 19th we’re committing to doing FlowLIFT 3x week and yoga 2x a week for six straight weeks! We know from personal experience that doing both yoga and weight training leads to a strong and healthy body and mind. This has been our true and tried regimen for the last few years and we look and feel better than ever as a result. Don’t worry, it sounds daunting, but it’s completely doable. Some of the classes are only 20 minutes!
The Challenge Begins on April 19th and Ends May 30
Get ready to have the best summer ever! Six weeks is the perfect amount of time to implement some healthy new habits for the rest of the year. Get ready to start on Monday, April 19th and by June you’ll be one smokin’ version of yourself.
