Some of you might be familiar with yoga, pilates or workout routines that you do in a gym, but a class where all three modalities are all blended together is hard to find. Finding the right balance between all three and making it flow seamlessly was not easy. FlowLIFT was developed over the course of three rigorous months by two expert vinyasa yoga teachers. Carolina and Amanda had over twenty years of teaching experience when they developed their fusion yoga class and the result was nothing short of marvelous. If you’re new to this class, get familiar with the types of classes we offer and watch the videos at the end to learn more about why FlowLIFT should be your new favorite way to workout.
FlowLIFT Fusion Yoga Classes
The regular FlowLIFT fusion yoga class is forty-five minutes of flows packed with combo moves in lunges, squats, planks, down dogs, and all fours. Every move is a compound move that requires your full attention, which means that your mind can’t wander off and drift into auto pilot. This class is a complete mind/body experience that will leave you sore in all the right places. You’ll get cardio and strength training while improving agility and flexibility. This is not a yoga class; It’s a full body workout that will leave you drenched in sweat and excited about your next class.
LiteLIFT Beginner Classes
This class is also forty-five minutes but it’s geared towards beginners by doing less reps and simpler moves. Move at a slower pace and feel free to do this class without weights; It’s still a great workout.
XpressLIFT Shorter Class
This class is the same as the regular FlowLIFT class, only shorter. Twenty-five minutes is the perfect length for when you’re traveling or when you simply don’t have enough time for a full class. The regular class format consists of the intro, warmup, series 1, series 2 and the abs/cool-down. The XpressLIFT class eliminates series 2 for a quick workout that still gives you everything you need.
XpressLITE Short Beginner Class
This version of the LITE series is just like the LiteLIFT except shorter, just twenty-five minutes long. Expect to move slower, do less reps and skip the tricky moves. Although these classes were created with beginners in mind, these are also great for those days where you just don’t have enough energy for a regular FlowLIFT class.
Now that you know your options for classes, let’s get on with the fusion yoga videos you have to watch!
