FlowLIFT Challenge Week 1 Schedule

Print the PDF below with the first week’s schedule and use it to keep track of the classes you’re doing.  Keep the schedule where you can see it to remind you to stay on track every week.  At the end of the week write a note about how you feel, what you noticed, or anything else that comes up.  It’s important to track your progress and keep yourself accountable for what you have set out to do: Doing 3 FlowLIFT workouts and doing two yoga classes every week for six weeks straight.   Have fun with it and push yourself to work hard – the results are something to get excited about.

For the workout classes, log in to the FlowLIFT Fitness Online Classes Page and search by date or type of class.

For yoga classes, log in to YourBuddhi and use the class links below.  Week 1 yoga classes are listed below the schedule.
