Kick your right leg off to the right, hover the hand and drop into a pinwheel shape (ankle in front of knee).
Feet to the ground, knees up, lift into one-handed crab. Drop back into pinwheel,
lift and kick off to the right hovering the hand. Pinwheel, one-handed crab, pinwheel, side kick.
