Left hand to hip, right hand to the floor past your toes. Fly off the back leg and extend
the right arm up into half moon pose. Close the hip, bend the knees, do a hammer curl with the left arm
and tuck. Lift back up into that half moon shape. Tuck and curl, lift, open, and reach.
Back leg is strong, core is engaged.
