Put both weights in your left hand and come up into a pyramid pose with the legs straight.
Close the forearm in front of you, open into a cactus, and reach up as you tap your back knee down.
Come back up with the hips, elbow forward, cactus, and reach up as the back knee taps.
Belly strong as you lift and lower the back knee and never let the elbow come lower than the shoulder.
