Lift your right leg, step the foot forward and grab your weights. Come into warrior 2, left heel down,
right knee bent. Arms go up, straighten, and then bend the front knee and cactus the arms.
Lift, straighten, bend and cactus. Try not to let your elbows go lower than the shoulders and you
front knee doesn’t go past the ankle.
