FlowLIFT 3-Week Challenge

The FlowLIFT challenge with Carolina and Amanda consists of doing three FlowLIFT classes a week for three consecutive weeks.  Each workout is only 45 or 25 minutes so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule.  If you stick with it you’ll start seeing big changes – both physically and mentally.  FlowLIFT is a full body workout with cardio and strength training.  You’ll be sore in all the right places and wonder why you didn’t do this sooner.  By the end of the three weeks you’ll be looking and feeling better than ever before!

What You Need

  • 3 lb. Hand Weights
  • 1.5 lb or 2.5 lb Ankle Weights
  • Knee Pad (for all those floor moves that target your legs and booty)

You can purchase all of these separately or you can get the whole kit in our shop.  You’ll also need a yoga mat, water and a sweat towel.

What You Get When You Sign Up

Every Sunday you’ll get an email from us with your weekly motivation, class schedule and a special video recipe from our favorite food fairy, Coree of The Juiciest Fruit.  The challenge starts on October 11th, so you’ll get the first email on the 8th with all the details for starting your online membership.

How the Online Classes Work

Once you submit your email for the challenge you’ll get a link to sign up for the monthly membership on October 9th.  The first two weeks are free and then it’s just $18/month.  We know you’ll fall in love with FlowLIFT and after the three weeks you’ll just want to keep on going.  The online membership gives you access to our full library of classes with a new class added every Monday.
