FlowLIFT Challenge Week 3

Week 3 feels so good!  Keep going.  It’s around this time that excuses get good and priorities start slipping.  Stay determined and on-track.  Follow the schedule, get your classes in and journal at the end of the week or after each class.  It doesn’t have to be anything deep, just write down how you feel, what you noticed or anything else.
