FlowLIFT Challenge Week 2

Keep going strong during this second week of the FlowLIFT challenge.  Take a few moments after each workout to slow down the breath and thank yourself for the effort.  Remember that doing this class has a process.  Be patient, and stay consistent. Mark off your workouts as you go and at the end of the week write down a few notes about how you feel or anything that you noticed.  Keeping track of progress is helpful in getting results.
