About Stephanie Jones
Movement has been the center of Stephanie’s life ever since she could walk. Encouraged by her parents to try every sport from ballet to field hockey, Stephanie always felt complete when she was moving. She began teaching cycling and boot camp classes in college, which eventually lead her to yoga. Stephanie found Buddhi Yoga when she moved to California in 2016 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher shortly after. It wasn’t long before she discovered that FlowLIFT married her love for high endurance exercise and yoga. Stephanie now teaches FlowLIFT classes with fun, upbeat music and combo moves that target the entire body. She keeps your heart pumping the whole class and leaves you feeling sore in all the right places.
