About Kate Moynihan
Kate is a former college athlete, a certified barre and group fitness instructor, and has dabbled in many different forms of fitness over the years. She fell in love with yoga ten years ago and ultimately made the decision to take her practice to the next level by completing the 200-hour teacher training at Buddhi Yoga in 2017. Following her graduation, she discovered FlowLIFT, which quickly became one of Kate’s favorite go-to workouts.
Kate loves the process of creating dynamic, high intensity classes that flow seamlessly. Her classes are fun and motivating (with a killer playlist!), designed to leave her students feeling powerful and inspired. Kate recently completed the FlowLIFT Master Training program and will be certifying instructors across the country.
