About Anna Mischel
Ever since a very young age movement and exercise have been a centerpiece in maintaining mental and physical health in Anna’s life. As a 200-hr certified yoga instructor (Buddhi Yoga), a classically trained dancer, and a medical student, Anna is always looking for new and fun ways to challenge herself. After taking her first FlowLIFT class in 2018, she became hooked! The combination of a steady-paced full body work-out along with killer tunes makes FlowLIFT the perfect class. Anna is excited to energize and inspire her students to safely push their bodies and their minds in her class!
