Six Classes at A Time is All You Need!

So why do we only put up six classes at a time? Well, there is a method to everything we do over here at FlowLIFT Fitness. One part of our yoga fitness method is that you don’t need a library of options to choose from. Thinking that you need more options is really just another excuse not to workout. Don’t put obstacles in places where they don’t need to be! Six classes at a time is the perfect format for you to get in the best shape of your life.
We suggest doing FlowLIFT three times a week for the best yoga fitness results. Feel free to do it up to five times a week. Any more than that is overkill. Take a walk, do a yoga class, chill on the beach. Two times a week is a great start however you won’t see the rapid increase in strength, stamina, coordination and weight loss that three weekly classes gives you.
Don’t start with the top video. Scroll to the bottom and start with the oldest video first. This one is going to be gone by the next Sunday afternoon so get it while you can.
If you are doing class three times per week, here is an optimal schedule over the course of a four week period. Class 6 is the oldest video, class 1 is the newest video.
Week 2 (no repeat class from the week before)
Week 3 (no repeat class from the week before)
Week 4 (no repeat class from the week before)
FlowLIFT is a Yoga Fitness Workout That Creates Rapid Transformation
If you keep going at this rhythm, there is very little repetition of the classes. However a little bit of repetition has value. Consistently taking our online classes three times a week for an extended period of time is going to bring a rapid transformation. Repeating one class from the week before or even during the same week will show you this. You will remember some of the moves and be able to perform them with more fluidity and strength. You’ll say to yourself, damn I’m a lot stronger than I was last time I did this class!
Our energy levels vary from week to week based on a variety of factors. So a little bit of repetition is a good way to check in on how you’re feeling. Sometimes a repeat of a class feels harder than the first time you did it. It will bring into your awareness that your energy levels are a little lower than normal. Be more gentle with yourself and don’t push yourself as hard.
Discipline and consistency are some of life’s greatest teachers within. Keeping up a steady schedule of our online classes will not only get you looking and feeling your best but you will learn about yourself. This is a fully developed mind-body form of exercise where you’re completely engaged and present the entire time. Feel the far reaching effects beyond the physical. So forget about needing more options. Just stick to what we lay out for you week after week and you will be amazed at the results!
